By enrolling in our summer camp, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

Participants must be between the ages of 12 and 18. All registrations must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. Payment is processed via PayPal.

Liability and Safety

By enrolling, you agree to additional terms regarding liability waivers, medical release, and behavioral expectations. These documents will be provided during or after purchase and must be signed prior to participation.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum and materials provided by the camp are owned by Brigham M Child Enterprises, LLC and may not be copied or redistributed.

Photography Release

By initialing the photo release form, as the parent or guardian of TFY camp participant, I grant permission to TFY, its agents, and its employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to produce photographs and video taken of my child, myself, and members of my family while at TFY for any lawful purpose including publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, trade, or historical archive in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release TFY and its legal representatives from liability for any violation or claims relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use the statements of my child, myself, or my family members given during an interview or evaluation with or without my name for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction to time limit or geographic area. I waive my right, my child’s rights, and my family’s rights to any and all compensation stemming from the use of these materials.
